Phoenix Rising Behavioral Healthcare and Recovery

Phoenix Rising provides outpatient psychiatric, counseling, and case management services to children, adolescents, and adults. Services are administered by psychiatrists and Advanced Nurse Practitioners who specialize in addictions, mental health, and dual disorders such as mental illness/intellectual disorders and dual disorders such as substance abuse/mental health concerns. Pheonix Rising counselors specialize in trauma-informed care, behavioral issues, mental health, and alcohol and other addictions. Available services are individual, couples, family, and group. Case management services are offered to adults, children, and families. Case managers are trained individuals who work in the community with people with a severe and persistent mental illness or co-occurring disorder to assist the individual and/or family with coping skills to meet their recovery needs.Additional Locations
