About
ASCEND Services of Canton’s mission is to promote recovery through Peer Support, Education, Networking and Advocacy. ASCEND'S Certified Peer Support staff provides educational classes, recovery support groups and social activities to all adults and seniors in Stark County. The Respite Unit (run by volunteer peers on a 24/7 basis) has three beds and is available for anyone who doesn’t need a hospital stay but needs a break from their routine for a while, with food and stay free to all.
