Where to get your opiate overdose prevention kit
Overdose prevention kits containing Naloxone are available at no cost to Stark County residents. Naloxone is a medication that can reverse an overdose caused by an opioid drug (including heroin, fentanyl, or prescription pain medications). If you know someone using opiates, get a kit and be prepared to save a life.

Life-saving Prevention Supply Machines
Items available in these machines are items that can potentially save lives in high risk situations. These are provided widely and free of charge.
First-time participants will call Stark County TASC to complete a brief, confidential sign-up survey and choose a code to access the machine for 90 days. After 90 days, you’ll need to call and re-register to continue the use of the machine. (These machines are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.)
