When music speaks, healing begins 🎶
This Black History Month, join us for Sound, Soul & Healing: A Music & Mental Health Experience with Johnny Britt, a free, one-day community event taking place on February 16, 2026, at the Cultural Center in Canton.
Led by Johnny Britt, world-renowned recording artist and Cleveland native, this experience brings together students, families, and community members to explore music as a tool for healing and connection.
The day begins with free Youth Music Industry Masterclasses, reserved for students from EN-RICH-MENT and local schools.
We then invite the community to join us for a 7:00 PM live concert with Johnny Britt and mental health talkback. A representative from Stark County Mental Health & Addiction Recovery (StarkMHAR) will share local mental health resources, with additional organizations available before and after the concert.
All sessions are free. Seating for the evening concert is limited to 400 attendees, and advance registration is strongly encouraged!
