Did You Know? FREE monthly information sessions are held every month, virtually on Teams.

The Homeless Navigation Team serves clients, and also helps educate others in the community about what to expect from the process of serving someone through our county’s current homeless navigation system.

Who Should Attend?
Anyone in Stark County who has an interest in what Homeless Navigation does and how the process works.

What Will Attendees Learn?
-Homeless Navigation’s role and scope in the Homeless Continuum of Care of Stark County (HCCSC)
-Housing and Urban Development (HUD)’s definition of Literally Homeless
-What happens during and after a call to the Homeless Navigation line

How To Join:
The Teams meeting runs from 2-3 p.m. on the first Monday of every month, except for holidays. No registration or meeting invitation is needed, simply join by clicking the link below.
