SFY24 Request For Proposal (RFP)

StarkMHAR (Stark County Mental Health & Addiction Recovery) will be releasing the RFP (Request for Proposal) for Intensive Home-Based Treatment program proposals to be implemented July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. Proposals should address the needs of youth and families in the Stark County community and align with the StarkMHAR priority areas and priority populations.

Agencies interested in applying for funding must meet the applicable funding guidelines. Interested applicants may complete the Request for Proposal documents. To be considered for funding, applicants must submit one (1) signed RFP response packet by 5:00PM on Monday, July 31, 2023 via email to Proposals@StarkMHAR.org or in person or via mail at StarkMHAR, 121 Cleveland Ave. SW, Canton, Ohio 44702. Documents may be obtained on the StarkMHAR website, www.StarkMHAR.org, starting on July 3, 2023.
