FREE monthly information sessions are held every month\, virtually on Teams.\nThe Homeless Navigation Team serves clients\, and also helps educate others in the community about what to expect from the process of serving someone through our county’s current homeless navigation system. \nWho Should Attend?Anyone in Stark County who has an interest in what Homeless Navigation does and how the process works. \nWhat Will Attendees Learn?-Homeless Navigation’s role and scope in the Homeless Continuum of Care of Stark County (HCCSC)-Housing and Urban Development (HUD)’s definition of Literally Homeless-What happens during and after a call to the Homeless Navigation line \nHow To Join:\nThe Teams meeting runs from 2-3 p.m. on the first Monday of every month\, except for holidays.
