Who should attend: Directed towards CPSTs and their supervisors, but open to anyone interested in attending.
About the training: Stress impacts everyone on a daily basis. Some amount of stress is needed and actually healthy. When left unaddressed, levels of stress can increase making even the smallest of tasks seem monumental. Learning how to recognize unhealthy stress and what to do about it is vital to a person’s overall health. Making time for your own self-care is not selfish and is actually necessary to manage your own stress and be able to continue helping others.
Location – Stark County Mental Health & Addiction Recovery; 121 Cleveland Avenue SW, Canton, OH 44702.
Parking – Parking located off of Tuscarawas Avenue, REM Parking. Vouchers provided.
Cost – This is a free training. Lunch will be at the discretion of the attendee. Feel free to bring lunch with you. The Inclusion Room offers a microwave and a mini fridge.
