Who should attend: Directed towards CPSTs and their supervisors, but open to anyone interested in attending.

About the training: Understanding the impact of Mental Illness on the family. Providing hope for recovery for persons and families impacted by mental illness directs us to actively engage families through support groups, education programs and advocacy. Family Involvement supports and nourishes the relationship between client and family, and potentiates family engagement with the treatment process. Collaboration between families and professionals is essential to the effectiveness of both in helping the loved one.

Location – Stark County Mental Health & Addiction Recovery; 121 Cleveland Avenue SW, Canton, OH 44702.

Parking – Parking located off of Tuscarawas Avenue, REM Parking.  Vouchers provided.

Cost – This is a free training. Lunch will be at the discretion of the attendee. Feel free to bring lunch with you.  The Inclusion Room offers a microwave and a fridge.
