“The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) has orchestrated a process that engages consumers, family members, providers and other community constituents. After a description of current circumstances, boards are expected to identify priorities for treatment and recovery support services and prevention services. The community plan and the Boards’ Annual Budget (FIS-040) are integral components of recent Ohio Revised Code requirements for the provision of mandatory Essential Service Elements. OhioMHAS will evaluate the boards’ community plan and budget submissions for compliance with the Ohio Revised Code.”
