  • Access to Behavioral Healthcare at Goodwill (for non-linked individuals with Medicaid or no insurance). By calling Access to Behavioral Healthcare, clients can receive an appointment for an assessment, and Access to Behavioral Healthcare will be able to make recommendations on what agency/service is most appropriate for your client. Access can be reached at 330-617-4747. Several StarkMHAR treatment agencies work with individuals without insurance coverage, such as Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health, Crisis Intervention and Recovery Services, Community Services of Stark County, Coleman Professional Services and Quest Recovery and Prevention Services.   • The Stark County Homeless Hotline (330-452-4363) operates 24 hours per day, referring callers to appropriate shelters and other programs for the homeless or those at risk of homelessness after conducting an initial assessment interview.
